Who can I make a referral for?
You can make a referral for any individual, child, young person or family living in Sefton.
Who can make a referral?
We take referrals from GPs, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), schools, social services, Merseyside Police, Youth Offending Teams (YOTs) and others.
What can I make a referral for?
Some of our groups and sessions are open-access, meaning everyone’s welcome – your clients can just turn up to the Venus Centre or Star Centre, depending on the session. Both centres are on Linacre Lane, Bootle.
Other services need a referral. Because of the way we are funded, this is different depending on the service. We know it can be confusing, and we have tried to make it as easy as possible. If you need help, please get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to help.
Referral pathways are clear in this PDF and are included on our what’s on page.
Please refer to this document before making a referral.
