It’s normal to feel anxious or low, especially when you’re a teenager. But maybe you feel like things are getting on top of you or you’ve been feeling this way for a long time. If so, your low mood can get in the way of school, college or friendships. Maybe you have other things you’d like to talk to us about, like problems at home or school. Or perhaps you just want someone to chat to.

There are a few ways we can help. You could:

  • come to one of our drop-in sessions;
  • join our creative sessions;
  • have counselling or other therapy; or
  • we could support you to get help from the best place for you.

Some of our activities are ‘open-access’, meaning you can just turn up. For others, you will need to contact us first by filling in the form at the ‘Get Help or Support’ link below or have a referral from someone such as a GP, school, or social services.

To read more about what we do and how to get involved, please look at our What’s On page.

If you prefer, you could phone us or talk to us at one of our drop-in sessions.

If it’s an emergency, don’t wait.

Young people and children under 14

If you are under 14 and would like help or support, you can:

  • find useful contacts on this page;
  • come to one of our drop-in groups; or
  • speak to a parent, carer, teacher or someone else you trust – they might be able to get in touch with us for you.

You can read more on our ‘what’s on’ page.
