Project Description
Our Youth Justice Pathway (YJP) is for Young People between the ages of 12-18 within Sefton who are deemed as at risk, have been or are actively involved in any aspect of crime, criminal activity or exploitation, together with a level of mental health concern.
The YJP offers five main elements of intervention:
- 1-1 Therapeutic Support
- D’Fuse
- IAG Support (Information, Advice and Guidance)
- Therapeutic/Wellbeing-based Group Support
- External Referral Support (Signposting)
